COVID Update

Please understand my team and I are working diligently to maintain health and safety standards while processing your orders. 

Due to the virus USPS may experience heavy shipping delays. 

 Unfortunately, the United States Postal Service has been having major delays in delivering packages since December 2020. If you google “USPS delivery delays” you will find many news stories about this. They are working understaffed at times with high volume orders - This is why your order may be stuck in "pre transit" even if it has been shipped out.  

 

 Three factors have come together and seem to have caused the delay issues. First, the new Postmaster General made some policy and equipment changes that have affected service. Second, Covid has hit the postal employees hard, just as it has affected other businesses. Third, the pandemic has caused record online sales that have greatly increased the number of packages in the system. Due to these factors millions of packages have been sitting in their facilities, waiting to be forwarded which accounts for the lack of status updates.

To navigate these times it is important that you sign up for tracking updates via your tracking number that is emailed to you once your order ships.
