FAQ & Contact

For customers: please read over our FAQ/Help and policiesbefore submitting questions. 

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we are global.
  • When will I get my order?
    It can take up to 14 business days for US orders to be delivered. Orders need 3-5 business days to process and 3-11 business days to be delivered. For International orders please allow 12-28 days.
  • How long does it take for my order to ship?
    Please allow 3-5 business days of processing before your order actually ships out. After your order has shipped allow 3-11 business days to receive for US delivery (can take up to 14 business days in total) and 12-28 days for International delivery. You will get a shipping notification when it has shipped and once delivered.
  • I entered the incorrect or insufficient address what do I do?
    If you have received a shipping notification email: Track your package to see if the shipping carrier has received your item. If USPS has not received your item yet Immediately contact orders@earthamoon.com or text 3013315278 with your name, order number, and updated address If USPS has received your item and it is in transit we CANNOT change anything. You will need to contact USPS (1800 275 8777) with your name and tracking number to see what they can do. In this case, Earthamoon is not responsible for your package and will not issue refunds. If you have not received a shipping notification: Contact orders@earthamoon.com immediately - as once your order ships you cannot change the address nor will we issue refunds.
  • I received the wrong item/missing items what do I do?
    Please email orders@earthamoon.com within 5 days of your delivery date with your name, order number, and details about the missing/wrong item so we can resolve the issue.
  • How can I return/exchange something?
    Due to the hygienic and spiritual nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see section 1.0 of the return policy for more info.
  • I pre-ordered an item when will I get it?
    Pre-orders will be shipped out on launch day.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    Earthamoon does not accept order cancellations for any reason. Many of our items are set with intent to work for you.
  • My items arrived damaged what do I do?
    You will need to contact orders@earthamoon.com - within 24hrs since it has been delivered - with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged items so that we may issue a replacement. Please see section 2.2 of the exchange policy for more info
  • What does backorder mean?
    If an item is on backorder it is currently out of stock, and we are still accepting orders. In this case, your entire order will ship when items are back in stock.
