I promise you, shadow work will solve most, if not all of your problems.
I was constantly in debt, my life was school and a job at a bookstore that I hated, had no genuine friends, and was a slave to my own limitations.
I manifested $30,000 and my entire life changed.
As someone who never had that type of money before I did what most broke people do –
I spent it all and was back at square one.
My problem was never lack of money or lack of genuine friends - my problem was my habits that stemmed from my mindset.
Now that I am a hypnotherapist and Psychology student learning from the best psychologist in the field, I've learned how powerful shadow work(a sect of analytical psychology) is to manifestation (aka goal attainment).
Manifesting something is not the goal and should never be the goal.
The objective is to heal the parts of yourself that separate you from your desires. By default, you will attract what you want because it is who you are.
“Why do I act like this?” “Why am I always broke?” “Why do I always feel insecure?” “Why do I push people away?” “Why do I attract negative experiences/people?”
Sound familiar? In this 7-step guide, I’ll welcome you to the dark side; don’t worry, it's not as scary as it sounds.
Step #1: Get the Highest Self Workbook
To get started, you will need to download the Highest Self Workbook.
This 7-step guide is a walkthrough of one of the templates in the full workbook.
This one template has gone viral for transforming the lives of tens of thousands of people - imagine how effective the entire workbook is. Don't cheat yourself out of stopping with this free 7-step guide, shadow work is deep so dive in.
The entire workbook is packed with 50+ cbt (cognitive behavioral therapy )based exercises, neurolinguistic techniques, affirmations, and everything I've learned studying under psychologists on the human brain.
Download the workbook for a psychology degree worth of exercises to master your mind and take back control.
Step #2: Identify who you are
The first exercise in the workbook is the shadow work template where we will work to uncover who you are beneath the shadow self.
The shadow self represents the unconscious, buried aspects of ourselves, the parts of ourselves we have been shamed for/are ashamed of, and to put it simply the puppeteers behind our actions.

You are simply a projection of your internal reality. Your identity is a mold of your experiences, habits, patterns, and unique essence. To heal oneself is to know oneself.
40% of what you do every day is out of habit. You act and think out of automatic behaviors that are aligned with what you believe about yourself. Here's what I challenge you to do:
Use metacognition (thinking about one's thinking) to observe yourself for one week. What are common thought patterns that come up?
What are your day-to-day habits - good and bad
Step #3: Identify your triggers
Have you ever had someone completely lash out at you when you didn’t do anything wrong? Think about what instantly ticks you off and you don't know why.
We are all projecting our wounds, insecurities, and hurt onto others without even realizing it.
In your workbook answer the following
What are you projecting to the world?
How do you navigate your triggers, wounds, and insecurities?
What triggers you and where might that come from?

I'll expose myself, but one of my triggers is being told what to do (cries in Virgo I know).
I had a friend suggest something to me, and I became really upset with her – when in reality I wasn’t upset with her… I still had unhealed issues surrounding independence, freedom, and control.
I took her advice as a threat to my freedom when it was simply a harmless suggestion.
We see the world through a filter, one that can be very distorted. When we look into what that filter consists of, we can work towards removing the dust in order to see the world for what it is and not what our wounds see.
As you reflect on your triggers, reflect on how you project these triggers onto the world right below where you answered the first question in the workbook.
My trigger was being told what to do, and I projected that through hyper-independence. Look into what actions stem from your triggers.
Step #4: Identify your patterns What is constantly repeating in your life?
Your patterns are the bigger picture of your habits. Look into the people, places, and things that keep repeating in your life as a result of habits you may have. For me, it was constantly finding myself in a relationship with an energy vampire. We don’t constantly “attract” situations for no reason – there is an aspect of ourselves that is comfortable with and finds an identity in the experiences we have. I was attracted to energy vampires because I was used to not having my needs met – the dynamic was all I ever knew.
Identify the types of experiences you are familiar with - bad or good
What are your patterns?
In the next box below, identify what these patterns might project about your belief about yourself.
Step #5: Identify your core desires
As humans, we are motivated by pleasure and reward. In the cycle of habit formation as described in the section of the manifestation workbook where you create your ideal self – the cycle is fueled by some type of reward.

For example, you may be triggered by a stressor that makes you feel overwhelmed, so you spend hours scrolling on your phone which may relieve you of stress for the time being.
Every single action of yours bad or good has a core reward behind it. Your job is to look into whether or not this reward is actually good for you, and reevaluate what actions you take. The next section of the Highest Self Workbook is designed to help you take better action even when there are triggers.
Step #6: Analyze
Now that we’ve identified our habits, patterns, triggers, and desires we need to analyze how they have created our experiences as a whole. The best way to do this, I’ve found, is to analyze the following aspects of your life :
1. childhood (what was expected of me? What parts of myself did I feel I had to hide?)
2. relationships (What relationship had the most significant impact on my life and why?)
3. Jobs Look into the most traumatic experiences in your life that fall into the categories above. Look into how your habits, patterns, triggers, or desires you’ve identified above may stem from these aspects.
Step #7: transmute that ish
It is through introspection that we gain self-knowledge – now that we have all of this information we have to do something about it.
This stored energy, resentment, fears, and pent-up hurt, all have to go somewhere in order for us to move forward.
For some people, this looks like dancing, singing, writing, painting, meditating, walking, or even teaching.
Find how you can use your pain and turn it into something of pleasure in a healthy way.
If you are ready to master your mind, get the workbook to help you reframe your mind, manifest effortlessly, and heal your inner self.
I know shadow work, healing, and manifesting might seem overwhelming; use this workbook as a guide to creating your dream reality by design.
