Shipping Policy

Return Policy

1.0 Due to the hygienic and spiritual nature of our products, all purchases made are non-refundable. and non-exchangeable for any reason. All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations for any reason.

Exchange Policy

2.0 We only replace items if you were sent the wrong item. Damaged items will receive store credit.

2.1 Wrong item: Contact orders@earthamoon.com within 5 days of the delivery date with your name, order number, product name, and a picture of the wrong item received so we can resolve this issue. 

 

2.2 Items arrived damaged: You will need to contact orders@earthamoon.com - within 24hrs since it has been delivered - with your order number, and photos of the damaged items so that we may issue store credit. Due to the high demand for products, we cannot guarantee your items will be available for replacement so we will issue store credit.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

3.0 Once your orders have shipped, EarthaMoon is no longer responsible or liable for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. You will need to contact the shipping carrier for details on your order as it is now out of our hands. Do not contact Tenere without contacting the shipping carrier first.

Our recommendation to avoid lost or stolen packages - Track your packages and sign up for email/text updates via your tracking number - this helps tremendously in moving items forward on USPS's end.

3.1 Incorrect address: Contact orders@earthamoon.com immediately after purchase! Once the order has shipped we cannot change or assist you with this order - we will not refund or exchange for incorrect addresses after the item has shipped!

3.2 Transit Time Domestically:  In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 11 business days (we try to meet processing times but due to the COVID pandemic shipping times may be extended with unprecedented delays. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order actually ships. Please see our COVID shipping updates here.

3.3 Transit time Internationally: Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 business days. Please allow your order to process for about 3-5 business days before it actually ships.

3.4  Items Out Of Stock: All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfill your order, we will let you know. In this case:

You will receive the choice of:

​

(a) Waiting until it comes back in stock to ship your order 

​

(b) Exchanging it for replacement items (extra fees/charges may apply)

​

(c) Removing the item completely(refund will apply) and shipping the rest of your order
